5-Axis CNC Machining

Equipped with a second turning spindle, they are ideal for machining complex geometries with high precision and efficiency, ensuring top-tier results for even the most demanding projects.
CNC Milling Service
- Our facility is equipped with multiple vertical milling centers, some 4th-axis capable, to handle complex machining requirements with precision. We leverage the latest Renishaw probing and tool-setting software to ensure optimal accuracy, efficiency, and consistency across every project
CNC Turning Service
- In addition to traditional lathes, we utilize state-of-the-art 4-axis lathes featuring Y- and C-axis control, sub-spindles, and live tooling. This combination of technologies allows us to perform complex machining operations with precision and efficiency, meeting the demands of intricate designs and high-quality standards.
Inspection
- Linear Machining Technology’s inspection process was developed to meet the stringent demands of the scientific instrument industry. Guided by our ISO 9001:2015 Certified Quality Management System, our machinists, operators, and management adhere to a meticulous process that includes first article inspection, ongoing inspection during manufacturing, and a rigorous final inspection.
All purchase orders are fully traceable, encompassing production history, inspection records, and material documentation. For enhanced traceability, options such as individual part marking, serialization, and tagging to specific inspection reports are available. This ensures a complete audit trail and unparalleled quality assurance for every project.
Precision Grinding Capabilities
- Our B&S surface grinder and Cincinnati OD grinder are designed to achieve exceptionally tight tolerances when required. These advanced grinding solutions ensure precision and consistency, even for the most demanding applications.
EDM
- From keyways to hex patterns for bolts, our in-house EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) capabilities allow us to handle certain intricate dimensions with precision and efficiency. Keeping these operations in-house ensures better quality control, faster turnaround times, and superior results for your projects.
Heat Treatment
